Don is a lifelong county resident, first working out of college for the US Forest Service in the Los Padres District as a wildlife Biologist & Surveyor. In the next decade Don applied his organization & management skills working with a national restaurant corp. as Regional VP, responsible for all management training and openings of Hungry Hunter, Boathouse and Carlos Murphy's restaurants throughout the United States.
As a REALTOR® for over 20 years, Don has effectively combined his strong management and expert negotiation skills to the benefit of the hundreds of buyers and sellers he has worked with. Along with a full time office assistant, Don's wife Cheree joined his team in 2007 as a Buyers agent.

Cheree, also a lifelong County resident, began her career in the Real Estate Industry in 1981 working for a Fortune 100 Real Estate Insurance Company for over 20 years as a Area Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Trainer where she consistently earned local and National recognition for her Sales Achievements.
As a licensed Instructor for the DRE (Department of Real Estate), Cheree taught over 2000 California Real Estate Agents throughout California in DRE accredited courses including Disclosure & Ethics as part of their ongoing licensing requirements.
An avid community member and volunteer, Cheree has worked closely with many local and National organizations including the Ojai Valley Hospital Guild, Villanova Parents Guild President, Garrett Lemire Foundation, American Heart Association Board and Ronald McDonald House of Los Angeles. Cheree & Don have lived in Ojai for the past 25 years and raised their three children, son Clint and twin daughters Katee & Shannon with the love and support of the community of Ojai.
